HeatGenie, with its packaging partners, offers a complete self-heating solution that integrates seamlessly with conventional prepared foods packaging operations.

HeatGenie will authorize consumer package goods brands to use and market the HeatGenie technology through a Brand License agreement. Brand Licensees will purchase specially designed food or beverage cans from one of our HeatGenie licensed package partners. These cans will be available fully integrated with the HeatGenie heater inserted into the package ready for the filling process.

Alternately, Brand licensees can purchase heaters to be drop shipped to their manufacturing facility to be inserted into specially designed food or beverage cans from one of HeatGenie licensed package partners after the filling process. Inserting the HeatGenie heater into the package at the Brand’s manufacturing facility may require some capital investment on the part of the Brand for an insertion machine. Manufacturing Plans

HeatGenie invented the design of the HeatGenie heater with simple, low cost manufacturing in mind. HeatGenie has engaged professional engineering services firms and multi-national manufacturers with extensive experience with energetic materials to validate both the low cost of the heater and its manufacturing scalability.

This is one of HeatGenie’s competitive advantages. Earlier self-heating technologies were limited by performance and cost, not market acceptance of the concept. HeatGenie is highly scaleable.

Volume manufacturing of HeatGenie products can begin in 2012 and has been validated by our engineering and manufacturing partners. We have high confidence in our manufacturing scalability.

HeatGenie is actively developing our contract manufacturing supply chain. HeatGenie will contract manufacture the HeatGenie heater will one or more qualified manufacturers. Package manufacturers and Brand owners will be licensed to produce products using the HeatGenie heater.
